Maldives is not crowded & you can relax there but Bora bora is really a good place for honeymoon cuz you can be more active and have fun

Bora Bora is, overall, a pretty quiet island. There are water sports (snorkeling, scuba diving, canoeing, a few motorized activities), you can take a 4×4 tour of the island, you can go hiking a bit, they may have helicopter tours but I’m not sure. It’s a very popular honeymoon spot. It’s a beautiful island but if you’re looking for non-stop action, or good surfing, you won’t find it there.

No, it would not be considered legal in the US because it wouldn’t be legal in French Polynesia either. You need to live on the island for 30 days before you get married if you want your wedding to be legally recognized. Otherwise you’d just have a ceremony, and you’d have to do the paperwok back in the US.

Tahiti’s main religion is Christianity.

The Maldives if you want total relaxation. Bora Bora if you want relaxation but more action and fun.

i ld recommend you maldives the trip may be 18 hours but it is worth it. maldives is the ultimate tourist destination. Come to Maldives and ahve a wonderful honeymoon

The best time is during dry season, April – October. The weather is great during that time – not too windy and not too rainy. We went for a week during late July / early August and only had 1 morning of drizzles. During the wet season (the rest of the year) the prices are lower because the weather isn’t as favorable.
